WEBSITE PRIVACY

A clear view of
your information.

This notice covers the Oxora marketing website. It does not describe a future hosted document workspace or a separate early-access deployment.

When you browse

The site serves public pages, scripts, images, and fonts. Your browser sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested URL, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics and local storage

The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. Its application code does not set tracking cookies or save form details in browser storage. Hosting and identity providers may have their own practices.

When you contact us

The early-access form creates a draft in your email application. Form details are not submitted to a website API. If you send that email, the recipient and email providers will process the information in your message to deliver it and support a reply. Do not include private documents, passwords, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Documents and product previews

The workspace concept uses illustrative content. It does not open or upload your documents. Data handling for a future pilot, including storage, retention, and any OCR providers, needs to be discussed for that specific deployment.

Company sign-in

When a company sign-in destination is configured, the sign-in link takes you to that identity service. That service manages authentication, cookies, and session data under its own policies. This marketing site does not collect passwords or issue authentication tokens.
